Her photography exhibitions and books center primarily on photographs taken during her travels. In June 2015, the Fokas Cosmetatos Foundation in Cephalonia, published, 'Images and Interpretations', a photography book, of Melita Vangelatos's 'esoteric' photos of the botanical gardens of the island. Her latest work, ‘Regards Sur Une Ville Atlantique’, her view of Casablanca, was published in June 2016.
